空中瑜珈運用懸吊的掛布,讓各種伸展動作、瑜珈體位和舞蹈姿勢變得更易執行。這種結合美感與挑戰的運動,不但能鍛鍊核心肌群、延展深層肌肉,促進血液循環,還有助於訓練平衡感和專注力。在空中瑜珈的練習中,脊椎得以牽引放鬆,然後在掛布中進行靜心冥想,讓身心靈得到全面的休憩與療癒。

Aerial yoga utilizes hanging fabric, facilitating various stretching movements, yoga poses, and dance postures to be performed with more ease. This exercise, which merges aesthetics with challenge, not only strengthens the core muscles and stretches deep tissues, but also promotes blood circulation and enhances balance and focus. During aerial yoga practice, the spine experiences a beneficial stretch and relaxation. Subsequently, mindful meditation is carried out within the hanging fabric, offering holistic rest and healing for both body and mind.
